I am incredibly disappointed in my movie experience today trying to bring my 2 year old to Toy Story. The lack of customer service is beyond words. I was trying to be honest by disclosing that I had snacks for my toddler with food restrictions when I walked in the door and they wouldn’t let me bring them in. The rest of our group all purchased at the concessions and I asked for a solution and they didn’t care at all. If there was something at the concessions she could have eaten I would have gladly purchased. I even offered $10 to let me in with her snacks. I understand the rule for everyone else but when you offer nothing at the concessions that isn’t a chocking item along with the fact we were 1 of 3 families in the theater on a week day was so disappointing. Let alone the disgusting seats and theater that had trash everywhere. Terrible experience, no wonder this theater is run down. Management was terrible, the staff didn’t even look up when serving us food and drinks and overall not worth the money. We should have looked at reviews and driven down to Denver instead.

Honestly it breaks my heart to see this cinema considering closure. It is a good to great facility struggling like many businesses. How about we support them. I just came back with my son from watching Toy Story 5 (LOVED it by the way) and it was such a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. The place is spacious and clean, staff is friendly and helpful, the showing rooms are the perfect size, everything works. And last but not least, the programming for the upcoming months has a variety of movies for everyone. Come on, get to the movies, it’s not like we have a dozen to choose from and this place is doing a good job. - Elsa

Great little theater and a perfect respite from ski and winter activities. Low prices that just don’t exist elsewhere. Plus a very friendly staff. I highly recommend.

Nice and clean. Not to busy when me and my wife went. The ticket prices and concessions were reasonable. Good popcorn, and the Diet Pepsi mix was on spot. Movie picture and sound was very good, and seating was comfortable.

I hated this place. Due to the aggressive bag check policy imposed on outside items, the manager in charge was completely unprofessional and unfit for leadership; she broke a mutual trust by throwing away my belongings after I had been promised I could collect them after the movie. Her attitude was terrible from start to finish, and she even avoided me by hiding in her office once she saw me coming out of the theater. While it was nice that they were handing out free posters and my sibling grabbed one, it doesn’t make up for the deceptive management

Service was so rude the movie we watched (obsession) was a R rated movie and my mom sat their for 30 minutes and we saw kids our age buying tickets for a R rated movie with out an adult so we thought we could to. But we were wrong, we tried to buy tickets and they told us we couldn’t so we went to buy them on the screen and we waited 15 min just for the manager to unplug it and was so so rude to KIDS told us it was a R rated movie and we couldn’t watch it. Mind you my friends had their tickets and they bought them from the screen. I understand it was a R rated movie but it was the fact she was so rude to us and other people were able to buy the same tickets at the same age.

If you have to choose between this theater and not seeing a movie, choose not seeing a movie. The theater was very scuffed as soon as you walk in. Workers seemed completely soulless (fair tbh). All but one garbage can was overflowing with trash and it looked like the theater floors haven't been cleaned at all the entire day, maybe longer. Not kidding, save your time or go to the nearest movie theater besides this one.
